Though some considered the release of Dawn of Sorrow as not as big a success as it should have been, we can all agree that Dawn of Sorrow has set a reputable name and gave a good kick start for the succeeding Castlevania titles to come. And because the 3 previous releases in the Game Boy made quite a name for themselves in 2D platform genre, gamers were just dying to know what additions could be made to our vampire-hunting quest in the Nintendo DS.
Konami didn’t have to announce that a new Castlevania was coming to DS - the fans were already expecting it.
